YouTube star DDG has been making a play for rap fame over the past few months, and scored a minor hit in late 2017 with “Givenchy.” Unsurprisingly, the song has performed the best on YouTube, with nearly 10 million views since its release in late November. Its name comes from the luxury French fashion brand Givenchy, but DDG explains that the song almost referenced a different brand.
