I'm so proud to present the first video of the HEELS INTENSIVE 1st Edition NYC that just happened last week end at Alvin Ailey. HEELS INTENSIVE is an event that was organized by Myself and Danielle Polanco featuring guest artist Aisha Francis. It's all about the heels technics… Finding the perfect lines… Because We don't do flats !!!

This is def one of my favorite time teaching and collaborating.
Not only Danielle is everything and more when it comes to dance, but she's also very simple and a fun crazy wild loving woman that I've fell in love with.

This choreography was created by Danielle and Myself to one of my favorite Sade song, It is a very sensual piece and much harder then it actually looks a haha #GoodLuck !!!
